Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (Terms) govern your access to and use of the GenticOne website, the Scanner, Auditor and AI Readiness Gateway products, and any related services (together, the Services), operated by CraveWave Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under number HE 465429, which provides the Services under the GenticOne brand (we, us, our).

By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

• Account — the credentials and profile you create to use paid features.
• Content — data, reports, scores and materials generated by or submitted to the Services.
• Scan — an automated assessment of a URL you submit.
• You — the individual or entity using the Services.

GenticOne assesses how ready a website is for AI agents and shoppers and helps you improve it:

• Scanner — a free, instant readiness score and prioritized fix list for a submitted URL.
• Auditor — recurring deep scans, monitoring and regression alerts.
• AI Readiness Gateway — exposes a verified catalog to AI assistants over MCP and structured feeds, with an agent-ready checkout.

We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your Account credentials confidential and for all activity under your Account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• submit URLs you do not own or lack permission to scan;
• use the Services to breach any law or third-party right;
• probe, scan or test the vulnerability of systems you are not authorized to assess;
• interfere with, overload or disrupt the Services or their infrastructure;
• reverse engineer, resell or create derivative services from our outputs except as permitted.

Scores, grades and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and on an as is basis. They are automated estimates and do not guarantee any search ranking, agent behavior, sales outcome, compliance status or security level. You remain solely responsible for changes you make to your own systems.

The Services, including software, design, text and trademarks, are owned by GenticOne or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose. You retain ownership of the URLs and materials you submit and grant us the rights needed to operate the Services and generate your reports.

The Services may link to or interoperate with third-party websites, AI assistants and platforms that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and, except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Statutory withdrawal rights for EU consumers are unaffected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of the Services is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim or EUR 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold GenticOne harmless from claims, damages and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms apply while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach them or to comply with law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Services or by email where appropriate, and the “Last updated” date above will change. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the courts of the Republic of Cyprus, subject to those mandatory rights.
